I'm making a list of easy foods that I can eat, that isn't too unhealthy. Hopefully it is actually healthy.
The food has to be easy and very quick to prepare.
One of the items I have tried out for lunch today is Sea Harvest's Simply Steam fish.
You take the fish out and put it on a plate and heat it in the microwave oven for 4 minutes for 2 portions.
I tried one portion today that I can put on a piece of toast, enjoyed with a glass of orange juice. That would consitute one meal that I can duplicate easily in future.
The verdict: Very, very delicious.
Unfortunately I cooked mine not quite long enough and it was very slightly watery. I cooked it for 2 minutes since they say 2 portions should be cooked for three to four minutes and I only had one portion. I think I should have gone for 3 minutes.
Still, a nice choice for a quick, easy lunch. The portions are packaged in plastic pouches that you can grab and throw in the microwave oven and cook for 3 minutes and then eat. Love it.
